Child Watch
Our childwatch room provides the safest, warmest and most welcoming environment possible for the children of our members. By making your children's experience relaxing, fun and safe, they can enjoy the club as much as you do.
Childwatch is available Monday thru Friday (see Hours for specific Childwatch hours). The minimum age is 8 weeks and the maximum time limit per visit is 2 hours.
Due to allergy concerns, absolutely NO FOOD is allowed in the childwatch room.

Towels
For your convenience, shower towels and hand towels are available for rental. Monthly towel rental is also available. For details, visit the Front Desk.

Most toiletry items are $1, socks are $3. Prices are subject to change.
Locker Rentals
Lockers are available for rental. The minimum rental period is 6 months ($90). To rent a locker, visit the front desk.Refreshments
In need of a pick me up before, during or after your workout? Visit our Refreshment Cooler for :
- Water
- Flavored Water
- Gatorade
- Protein drinks and shakes
- Chocolate and vanilla milk
Also available: fresh fruit and nutritional/energy bars.
