Dr. Yang has dedicated his life to sharing his deep knowledge of Chinese Internal & External Martial Arts. 
He has spent decades studying, translating and explaining the complexities of the Chinese arts and
has published dozens of books and DVDs covering this vast array of topics.

Ms. Kathy K. Yang began training traditional Chinese martial arts, Taiji and Qigong at the age of six under the guidance of her father Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming.
Ms Yang has taught at the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS University. 
She leads research in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine) related to Mind/Body health, aging and hormones. 
She also teaches Chinese Medicine workshops and offers personal consultations in the United States, South America, and Europe.

Shaolin & Tai Chi Saber Basics


When: Tuesday, March 24  and/or  Friday, March 27  (6 - 9 pm)  

Each 3-hour workshop will introduce basic drills and applications.

Did you know? Approximately 60% of the saber drills can be applied to any 
short weapon making the saber the leader of short weapons.

 ~ History of saber & its influence on other short weapons
 ~ Basic block & strike combinations
 ~ Application of saber techniques
 ~ Partner drills
