Small Group Training

 
A fun and affordable way to train with one of our coaches.

Members and non-members are always welcome to join our Small Groups.  The sessions are 45-minutes, mixed levels of ability unless otherwise noted.

5-week sessions meet:

With Trainer Ben:
~ Mondays, 12 Noon (Intermediate to advanced) 
~ Wednedays, 8 am
~ Wednesdays, 9:30 am

With Trainer Nina:
~ Tuesdays, 8:30 am
~ Tuesdays, 5:30 pm
~ Thursdays, 5:30 pm

With Trainer Jamey:
~ Thursdays, 2:30 pm (Teens ages 14 & up)
~ Thursdays, 3:15 pm (Teens ages 10 - 14)
~ Thursdays, 4:00 pm

With Trainer Susan:
~ Tuesdays, 9:45 am
~ Thursdays, 9:45 am

With Trainer Karen:
~ Mondays, 6:15 pm
~ Wednesdays, 6:15 pm

Small Group Rates (a minimum of 3 registered to start a group, 5-weeks, once/week rate reflected below):
  • 3    participants in your group:     $149 p/p
  • 4-5 participants in your group:     $129 p/p
  • 6 + participants in your group:     $ 99 p/p
Enroll in one or more times. Rates will be pro-rated if you do not start during the first week. Non-members are welcome, rate includes small group training only and does not include use of gym or any other classes/amenities.
