One-on-One
For our One-on-One training (one client/one trainer—aka Personal Training), clients will have the undivided attention of the trainer for the agreed upon amount of time. Personal training is offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths and can be purchased one session at a time or in packages. A gym membership is not required for personal training. Discounts are offered for packages of 10 to 50 sessions.
