~ Important Spinning Class Reservation Policy ~
Please call one hour before class time to reserve a bike. Reservations for early AM (5:30 am) classes can be made after 5pm the night before. If you are not present on your bike 5 minutes after the start of class, the next person on the wait list will have the option to ride in your place. A bike will not be held for you even with a call ahead reservation if you are more than 5 minutes late. If the class is full and you are not on the official call ahead list, you may not be able to spin...sorry.
First-time visitors to the gym should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to properly sign in.
First-timers to Spinning, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and notify the front desk so that our instructor can properly set you up on your bike.
For back to back classes (aka double classes), you may tentatively reserve the 2nd class/hour but if the class is filled with those who have not had the opportunity to spin that day, you will be bumped.
