Freestyle

A “freestyle” group fitness class is one in which the instructor choreographs the movements and selects the music for the class. Freestyle classes can be aerobic, strength training, stretching and/or a hybrid.

Classes range from 30 to 60-minutes in length and may include the use of equipment such as a barbell, aerobic step, or weights.

There is often no difference between base movements in freestyle and pre-choreographed programs (such as MOSSA programs).

Freestyle classes offered at Yang’s may include: Cardio Sculpt, Muscle, Spinning, Barre None, LiiT, Yoga, Let's Lift, Deep Stretch, Yoga, Tabata and more!
